La Vista
I meet with clients in La Vista online, across Nebraska. My in person office is in Omaha.

Who reaches out from La Vista?
A lot of people whose week does not fit a nine to five template. Warehouse and logistics shifts, healthcare rotations, trades that start before dawn, and second jobs stacked on top of first ones.
When your schedule is the obstacle, therapy becomes one more thing you keep meaning to do. Online removes the drive, which is often the piece that made it impossible rather than merely inconvenient.
What does that kind of schedule do to a person?
It flattens things. Sleep goes irregular, patience gets short, and the relationships that need attention get whatever is left, which is not much. People describe running on autopilot for months and then being surprised by their own reaction to something small.
That is not a character flaw. It is what a body does when it has been asked to keep operating past the point of recovery, and it responds well to being addressed directly.
What do we do about it?
We start with what is actually available in your week rather than an ideal routine you will never keep. DBT skills suit this well because they are built for real conditions: getting through a hard moment without making it worse, and lowering the baseline so the next one lands softer.
Goals stay specific and achievable. If a plan needs eight uninterrupted hours you do not have, it is the wrong plan.
Can I meet in person instead?
Yes, at the Omaha office at [CONFIRM-ADDRESS]. There is no La Vista office.
Send a message with a rough sense of what is going on and when you are usually free, and we will find something that fits.
Ready when you are.
Therapy starts with a conversation. Send a short message and tell me what is going on, in your own words. We meet in person in Omaha, and online across Nebraska and Rhode Island.
