Online therapy

Same conversation, same directness, from your own kitchen table. In person in Omaha, and online across Nebraska and Rhode Island.

A quiet corner of a warm room with a chair by the window

Does it work as well as sitting in a room together?

For most of the work, yes. What matters is that you can speak honestly and that we build something steady between us. That travels over a screen better than people expect.

If I think what you are dealing with would be better served in person, or by a different clinician entirely, I will tell you.

What do I need on my end?

A private space where you will not be overheard, a device with a camera, and a decent connection. Headphones help. A closed door helps more.

Some people take their session from a parked car on a lunch break. That counts. What we need is fifty uninterrupted minutes, not a perfect setting.

Who does this tend to suit?

People working shifts, people driving in from outside Omaha, parents who cannot make a commute work, and anyone for whom walking into a waiting room is the part that stops them.

It also suits people who have tried before and quit because the logistics beat them. If the barrier is the drive, we can remove the drive.
