Lincoln

I meet with clients in Lincoln online, across Nebraska. My in person office is in Omaha.

Who reaches out from Lincoln?

A mix I would not have predicted. State employees who spend all day inside procedure and come home with nothing left for their own household. Students and graduate students who are performing competence in every room and running on empty in private. Guard members and their partners, handling a life that changes shape every time orders come through.

There is also a steady stream of people in their thirties and forties who have hit the point where the coping strategy that got them here has stopped working and has started costing them something.

Does online actually work for this?

Yes, and I would not offer it otherwise. You get the same hour, the same attention, and the same method. What changes is the commute and the logistics, which for a lot of people were the real obstacle.

What you need is a private space, a decent connection, and an hour you are not going to be interrupted in. A closed door beats a perfect setup.

Can I still come to Omaha in person?

You can. Some Lincoln clients make the drive occasionally and do the rest by video, and that is a perfectly reasonable arrangement.

The office is in Omaha at [CONFIRM-ADDRESS]. There is no Lincoln office, and I would rather say that plainly than let you find it out at the wrong moment.

How do we start?

Send a message and say what is going on in your own words. Therapy starts with a conversation, and the first one is exactly that.

We set goals together, keep them specific and achievable, and adjust as things move. I will not promise you an outcome. I will work with you as a team toward a life that feels worth living to you.

Ready when you are.

Therapy starts with a conversation. Send a short message and tell me what is going on, in your own words. We meet in person in Omaha, and online across Nebraska and Rhode Island.
